Help Me Name My New Puppy

May 14, 2008

I had my dog of 13 years put to sleep about ten months ago after it was discovered, during an examination, that she had a tumour in her stomach that had gone undetected and had burst.

Well in the morning I am going to pick up my new puppy, a seven week old purebred staffordshire bull terrier. She is the only one left in the litter and she ether goes to a good home or to the RSPCA who will probably put her down.

She is black with a white patch on her face. My brother’s friend (the guy who breeds these dogs legally) has called it blackie in a lame attempt at humour, living on an estate with lots of ethnic people I can hardly keep on calling her Blackie.

So I am looking for a name for her.

I have racked my brains but can not come up with anything suitable (the best I could come up with was Scruffy after the dog on New Tricks but that sounds daft for a Staff) so I am opening the floor to people.

That is correct, I want you guys to help come up with a name for my new little friend.

To help you I will tell you that:

  • She is very friendly and puts her head into everything (don’t leave you bag around or she’ll be in it!)
  • She is rather dopey
  • She chews anything and everything in sight.
  • She loves her food.

If you can think of a name that will suit her then simply leave a comment on my blog and I will paw (pun intended) over the names and announce the result. Your prize shall be that nice warm glow knowing that you helped name my new best friend. :)

Bad Times For The Hogans

May 14, 2008

(The following was submitted last week but was only able to be included today)

Nick Hogan just left the court room moments ago after the court hearing regarding the car wreck that left John Graziano in critical condition. Nick has been sentenced to eight months behind bars, plus five years probation and his driver’s license will be suspended for another three years. Nick will also be required to complete 500 hours community service, and won’t be allowed to perform at public speaking events. Nick was booked and taken to Pinellas County Jail at approx. 3:50 PM ET.

So it’s now official the trial of a young Hogan is now over but was there satisfaction seeing as how bad the passenger John Graziano was injured? Many will say no but yet Judges these days are not right in the head. Times for the Hogan family sure has changed in the past years. Going from a loving family with a hit VH1 reality show to crumbling in a heap of divorce, musical career flop and now a son being sent to jail for 8 months. Hulk Hogan had it all he had money, loving family great legendary wrestling career to those of which cheered him during all those years of competing will remember. In some fans’ eyes Hulkamania will not die but live on through each generation that comes to discover it. But in reality Hulkamania for Hulk Hogan and family is slowly but painfully dying.

Often a family in celebrity land is looked at as one to be like, one that has everything. We see this and wish we were like them, cause they seem so untouchable and nothing can hurt them and break them apart. Then suddenly that family we worship starts to become just as normal as any other family. they have problems and if nothing is done soon those problems escalate to even bigger problems. The Hogan family had everything! but something happened and now they are having about as worse times than a normal non millionaire family would have. Like the old saying says with great success comes an even greater defeat and the Hogan family seems to be defeated within themselves.

Could there have been anything to stop this from happening, say Hulk staying home more and making sure his family was doing better, could he had have said those encouraging words of Train, say your prayers and take your vitamins more to his own kids rather than our own? the answer is no, cause money is a tool to blind, Hogan was blind by money and no disrespect intended but it now seems as if that same money we always criticize him of loving only is hurting him and hurting him badly. His wife is cleaning him out so bad that Hulk is having to endorse frozen foods at Wal Mart. Brooke’s CD’s aren’t selling well, and now Nick is being sent to Jail. We all want to be rich and famous one day, but now it looks like the one thing we don’t want to be is like the Hogan family. which is falling apart member by member and it’s all getting worse, yes Hulk Hogan did defend the little Hulksters against the forces of evil but it seems that not even Hulk himself can get out of this jam. Sad but true and while I am very critical of Hogan I have to admit I feel bad for him.

It is indeed bad times for America, financially as gas prices are going up, groceries are going up true it is bad for America in a whole, but its probably even worse emotionally for one family that being the Hogan family. So please remember that while you are having bad times and see a rich family that has what you don’t have remember they may just be like you, that being NORMAL.

Dawn Marie Interview

May 14, 2008

Show: The Interactive Interview courtesy of www.WrestlingEpicenter.com
Guest: Former WWE/ECW Diva Dawn Marie
Date: 5/14/08
Your Hosts: Patrick Kelley & James Walsh
Special Contributor: Nick “Griffin” Noel
Transcript By: Patrick Kelley

Dawn Marie first emerged on the scene as the sexy side-kick of Lance Storm in the infamous, at the time, blue dress. From the ditsy side kick to the top of the WWE, Dawn Marie did it all and she did it all her way. This week, we sit down with the incomparable diva and do a very revealing interview that all of her fans should listen to!

We sincerely enjoyed doing this interview. And, we sincerely hope you guys will enjoy it. It is entertaining, educational, and really gives you a new respect for the brain that is inside the body of one of the hottest divas of all time.

To listen, go to http://www.WrestlingEpicenter.com. When there, check out our store, forums, new Divas experiment, and more!

Dawn Marie:

- The interview begins with Dawn talking about being a mother and she says that she loves it and says “It’s her greatest success”

- She’s back with the Indy’s and she’s having fun with it. She says she’s tough on the new girls because they need to learn the ropes a little bit. She says that it isn’t their fault, but more the fault of the people hiring them. Dawn refers to them as “8X10 girls” because they basically get hired as models and learn what to do on the job.

- Dawn says that the scene is very different now. She says that there is a lack of respect for the veterans and its too easy to get to the top. When talking about her own experience as a valet, Dawn says that she wasn’t even allowed to step into the ring. It was Buddy Landell who told her that she needed to earn the right to be in the ring, and she is thankful for that experience because it taught her respect for wrestling.

- When she came to ECW, she was asked to go there after she had paid her dues, but when she was in the WWE, she saw guys coming to shows asking for a tryout match. This goes into what Al Snow said when he stated that it is way too easy to get into wrestling.

- Dawn says the business is tarnished and she feels bad for the veterans that made wrestling the success that it was. The respect in wrestling diminished. She hopes it will get better, but she’s doubtful.

- When asked about her first role with ECW, she says that it was supposed to be a one shot deal, but the plan was for Terri Runnels to be brought in to feud with Tammy. Terri ended up going back to WWF, and Dawn was asked to come back. She then gives another example of how she was forced to pay her dues as Bubba Ray was a little rough on her when she asked about a plane ticket. Once again, she points out that at the time she thought he was being mean, but she learned how to respect wrestling because of it.

- When she was with ECW, she ran a Real Estate business while on the road and continues to do so today. She says that Paul Heyman took very good care of her, and she worked very hard.

- James then jokingly brings up the rumors that Kurt Angle was the father of her baby. When talking about the possibility of her going to TNA, she believes that past rumors might be the reason that they never brought her in. When addressing the rumors of her being approached by Wrestling Society X, she says that they never did.

- She says that she doesn’t do the Indy scene to support herself, but to do it because she loves doing it.

- Dawn then talks about a recent conversation she had with Simon Diamond where they discussed the lack of respect in wrestling among the young talents and she says that it is necessary to educate them, but also says that she wouldn’t want to be harsh with it. The Hardcore Holly incident of a few years back is then referenced.

- James then asks her about the downfall of WCW and ECW and she says that once that happened she felt that she needed to get to the top with the WWE. She learned how to wrestle which she felt was the best way to get a job there. She felt that she wasn’t the best wrestler, but also felt that her work as a manager helped her hide any short comings she had.

- She then mentions the cycle of women in wrestling where they go through periods where they are all valets, and then become wrestles, and sometimes mixing it up. She’s been through all the cycles and felt that she needed to adjust.

- When talking about the famous angle Torrie Wilson in the hotel room, she says that she never had a problem with it and was only doing what she was asked to do. And she also said that it made sense within the storyline. She also says that the stuff she did in the WWE was a nice change of pace from what she had done in ECW.

- She says that hardest part of wrestling is staying fresh and finding ways to stay entertaining.

- Dawn is then asked about love triangle she did with Jackie Gayda & Charlie Haas which wasn’t the greatest angle in the world. She says that it’s the wrestlers jobs to try and make any storyline work, and she says that its not really the writers’ fault as they have never been involved in wrestling before. She says for other things in media, they would work, but the stories “don’t make wrestling sense” and the writers are doing the best that they can.

- She gets frustrated with old stars constantly being brought back and not creating new ones. She says they can do a trial and error thing with the new guys to try and do new things. The problem is that the old stars don’t work enough with new stars.

- Dawn says that she is currently writing book and has been for years. She wants her book to be about what it is like to be a woman in wrestling and to talk about the things she did right and wrong.

Smackdown Spoilers

May 14, 2008

Edge cut a promo about his miracle recovery from injury and promised to win the World Title at the PPV.

Vickie Guerrero yelled at Theodore R. Long for being late. Long revealed he was in Stamford at WWE HQ and that the Board Of Directors said Vickie had to wrestle tonight or she’d be removed as General Manager. Vickie fired Long, and claimed she was going to quit. Long then told Vickie her opponent was the Undertaker.

CM Punk defeated Chuck Palumbo.

MVP, Finlay and Big Show all went to Vickie to complain about the Championship Chase being a setup for Edge to win. Vickie put Show & Finlay together as a team against MVP and a partner to be named.

Michelle McCool defeated Layla.

Big Show & Finlay defeated MVP & Mark Henry.

Vladimir Kozlov defeated Funaki.

Vickie announced that she was changing her match to a handicap match with Edge, Chavo Guerrero, Bam Neely, Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins teaming with her against the Undertaker.

Cherry defeated Maryse.

Matt Hardy defeated Shelton Benjamin.

The Undertaker vs. La Familia had no ending. Chavo and Neely walked out, so it was Edge, Vickie & The Edgeheads vs. The Undertaker. Vickie stayed in her wheelchair, while Undertaker fought the three men and tried to get near her. Undertaker finally got to her and went for a chokeslam, but Edge gave him a spear. The heels left the ring and Undertaker was left standing.

After the taping, Undertaker grabbed the heels and was jointed by Kane in beating them down. Undertaker tombstoned Vickie to a big pop.

Thanks to John Borchardt for sending this along:

The arena was about 40 percent tarped off as apposed to when Raw was here last time (8 months ago) and it was almost sold out. Everyone was shocked CM Punk lost clean to Miz on ECW. After the Smackdown taping ended Undertaker tombstone Vickie then left and then Mick Foley and Kane were in the ring and Foley was getting Kane to do the Dude Love dance, and Michael Cole joined them. Then as the lights came up Foley grabbed the mic again and teased a guy with a sign asked Foley for a hug on his birthday. After a few seconds of more teasing Foley hugged the guy.

CWE Returns to Austintown, Ohio June 6

May 14, 2008

Championship Wrestling Experience is proud to present “Lethal Dose” on Friday, June 6th, 2008, live at The Wedge in Austintown , Ohio . The Wedge is located at 1743 South Raccoon Road , Austintown , Ohio 44515 . Doors will open at 6:00 PM, and the event will begin at 6:30 PM. Tickers are available in advance from Havana House in Niles for $15 general admission, and $17 at the door the day of the show. We will also be selling $20 front row seats. Scheduled for the event are the following matches:

JAKE “THE SNAKE” ROBERTS MAKES HIS RETURN TO YOUNGSTOWN AGAINST PATRICK HAYES!
Due to the mindgames Patrick Hayes has employed on various opponents in the CWE, the powers that be got together and decided it was time for Hayes to get a taste of his own punishment. They scanned the globe long and hard to find the perfect opponent for Hayes, and settled on one name : The Snake. Jake “The Snake” Roberts makes his return to Youngstown since a near decade long abscence to try once and for all to silence the voice of the brash, undefeated Hayes. This surely will be a match for the ages.

CWE UNDISPUTED TITLE: GARGANO DEFENDS AGAINST CROSS!
Matt Cross has been main eventing CWE shows since the companies inception, and has taken it personal that he has yet to receive a title shot. After talking with the owner of the CWE, they came to an agreement : if Cross was able to defeat Shiima Xion on April 4th at “Path of Destruction”, he would receive his title shot. Cross fought past everything including Shiima’s cheating valet, Dawn, to gain the victory, and watched as Johnny Gargano defeated “The Deviant” Michael Hutter later in the night to retain the title. Now the table is set for the biggest title defense in CWE’s history, as Johny Gargano will go one on one with Matt Cross!

RAYMOND ROWE MEETS WITH SHIIMA XION FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!!
Since defeating soon to be Undisputed Champion Johnny Gargano at “A Year Later”, Shiima Xion has been looking to CWE managment for his title shot. After losing his opportunity against Matt Cross in early April, Shiima has been in the face of anyone who makes a decision in CWE clamoring for his title match. The powers have spoken, and told Shiima if he want a shot, he will earn it, and the first step will be against none other than Raymond Rowe! Rowe has been busy for several months fighting off the attempts of “The Deviant” Michael Hutter to take him out, so he very well may not be at 100% focus in this match.

FRANCHISE PLAYERS TANGLE WITH AMHURST AND ELIAS!
After a thrilling match at “A Night for Teralynn”, CWE officials were quick to put together this contest. This puts the young teams of Jon Kronica and Max Alexander against Ashton Amhurst and Samuel Elias, bot teams of promising rookies who need a victory to leave a mark in the CWE.

THE DEVIANT GOES ONE ON ONE WITH FACADE!
The Deviant impressed many people by hanging with Johnny Gargano for as long as he did on April 4th. Facade as well impressed the crowd in his fast paced victory over “Bloody” Morty Rackem. This is a styles clash if there ever was one, with the much larger Deviant having a great strength advantage over the much quicker Facade. A victory in this one should propel one of the superstars into the title hunt. Will Hutter be able to take his eyes off of Rowe long enough to defeat Facade?

XTREME PAIN TAKES ON THE LA GUNZ!
The newly formed team of The Bouncer and Bill Hyatt are determined to show that they mean business in the CWE. Their next targets: Flea and Axel, the LA Gunz. While the Gunz are new as well, they have firmly established themselves in the tag team scene and blood feud going on between the Franchise Players, Straight Jacket Mafia, Iron Justice and LA Gunz. With the tag team titles looming in the distant future, ever win and loss means something!

“BLOODY” MORTY RACKEM ALSO IN ACTION!
Morty Rackem will also be in action against a yet to be name opponent! Stay tuned to see who it will be!

Be sure to mark your calendars for June 6th, 2008 as Championship Wrestling Experience presents “Lethal Dose” live at The Wedge in Austintown , Ohio ! For more information, check out www.championshipwrestlingonline.com [opening shortly] or www.myspace.com/cweonline. Be apart of the action!

ECW Results 13-05-08

May 14, 2008

Welcome to tonight’s live coverage of ECW on Sci Fi. We open with a video package on Colin Whipwreck earning his ECW contract Armando “Macizo” Estrada. We go backstage where Armando tells Mikey that if he thought he had it rough before, now he’s in a lot of trouble. Colin signs the contract and Armando tells him that as his first official ECW match, he’ll have to wrestle Mike Knox. Colin is too happy to be scared.

CM Punk vs. WWE Tag Team champ The Miz

Miz tells John Morrison to stay backstage so he can take Punk solo. Miz screws up his part of a waistlock takedown. Punk finally muscles him down. The crowd chants Punk’s name as he continues to ride Miz to the mat. Punk catches Miz with a sunset flip for a two count. Punk charges him in the corner but Miz kicks him off.

Miz works over Punk with punches on the mat. He cinches in a chinlock but Punk powers out. Miz whips Punk into the corner and hits a running clothesline. Miz has really improved of late. He locks on a chinlock, putting his knee in the small of Punk’s back as he torques it back. Miz shoulderblocks him down for a near fall.

Punk catches Miz with a powerslam for a two count. Punk hit a running knee in the corner but was shoved off when he went for a bulldog. Punk landed on his feet and used several clotheslines and a leg lariat for a two count. Punk teased a pedigree but Miz escaped. They did a bridge spot, but Miz escaped an attempted backslide. Punk went for the GTS but Miz turned it into the Reality Check and scored the clean pinfall. Short but solidly entertaining.

Your winner, The Miz!

They show Cherry, Kelly Kelly and Michelle McCool and they’ll be teaming later.

Cherry, Kelly Kelly and Michelle McCool vs. Victoria & Natalya & Layla El

McCool and Natalya open the bout. Natalya unloads with forearms in the corner, then tags in Victoria. She leg scissors McCool, then works over her arm. McCool backflips out of the corner, then kicks Victoria down. Cherry tagged in, then slid under for a sunset flip attempt.

Victoria ducked out of the ring, leavinga distracted Cherry to be clotheslined by Natalya in a sweet spot. Natalya (head and arms above everyone else in the working department it really seems) locks on an armbar. The heels continue to work on Cherry. Victoria hit a flip legdrop into the ring. Sabu would be proud. Victoria went for a spot but Cherry got her knees up. Victoria recovered, nailed the other face Divas, then locked on a front facelock to prevent a tag.

She went after the babyface corner again, and this time Cherry rolled her up for the pin.

Match was far better than you would expect and ended too soon to truly become anything memorable. Still, from bell to bell, this was fun. Natalya really shines inside the ring.

Lena Yada interviewed Shelton Benjamin and asked him about not being able to end Kofi Kingston’s undefeated streak. Benjamin said Kofi has a horseshoe where the sun doesn’t shine and he’s going to pull it out. He promised to beat Kofi. Kofi showed up and asked him if that was right, then wished him luck. Benjamin told him to get out of his interview time and shoved Kofi. Kingston tackled him into the wall, then stared down before walking away. Benjamin looked like he wanted to do something, but knew better than to try, so it was a staredown. Decent segment building their tension.

So far, this show is worlds better than last week’s show.

Mike Admale and Tazz discussed last night’s Raw, then ran a video feature.

Colin Delaney is taping up for his match against Mike Knox. He’s all alone, despite the fact that last week everyone was wishing him well backstage. I guess now that he’s a threat to their spot, they want to see him fail - hey, just like real life! They play a good Delaney video feature.

Mike Knox vs. Colin Delaney

Colin tried to start out fast but ate boot. Knox clotheslined him then powered him into the corner. Knox beat Colin down, then nailed him with his finisher for the pin.

Your winner, Mike Knox!

Armando Estrada came out and announced that Colin just had his first match as a member of the ECW roster and would know wrestle the newest member of ECW, Armando. He kicked Colin in the head and announced that as General Manager, he signed himself as a wrestler to a lucrative contract.

Armando Estrada vs. Colin Delaney

Estrada beat Colin, then pinned him. Delaney was bleeding from the nose.

Your winner, Armando Estrada!

WWE Tag Team champion John Morrison vs. ECW champ Kane

Kane cleaned house early. Miz came to ringside. Morrison fought back. Kane took back over. Pretty basic. Morrison ducked a charge in the corner and worked him over with punches. Miz distracted Kane by grabbing his leg. That led to Punk coming out as they went to commercial.

When they return, Kane was choking out Morrison with a knee across the throat, then nailed a hangman’s neckbreaker. Kane cinched in a side chinlock. Morrison came back, working on Kane’s leg with kicks and a chop block from behind. Morrison went to the mat, working on the leg. Kane battled back with punches.

Kane fought his way to his feet but Morrison continued to work on the leg. He bridged the leg over the middle rope and dropped a knee across it. Morrison kept up the beating with leglocks and kicks. From a story standpoint, this was good stuff. Kane tried to kick Morrison off with the other leg, finally succeeding.

Kane made the white meat babyface comeback with punches and a running clothesline. He hopped across the ring to punch him in the corner. Morrison got caught with a sideslam for a two count. Kane went to the top rope and hit a flying clothesline. He called for the chokeslam. Miz got on the apron but Punk attacked him. Miz slammed Punk back-first into the ring steps. The referee stepped over to admonish them, allowing Morrison to nail Kane with the Tag strap, then hit a springboard enziguiri for the pin. Probably the biggest singles win of Morrison’s career.

Your winner, John Morrison!

The champs put the boots to Kane. Punk made the save but was laid out as well. A great way to put heat on the champions going into the PPV.

Overall, a really nice rebound from last week. Really enjoyed this show.

My Raw Review 12-05-08

May 13, 2008

My Raw Review
By Chris Holloway

We get highlights of Triple H and Kennedy vs. ECW from last week, with Randy Orton hitting the RKO after the match.

We’re live and the lights are out. Lights on and William Regal is in the ring. Lillian Garcia is there and sings “God Save The Queen!” Ha, I love it! Regal disapproves of the fans’ disrespect. He’s General Manager and King and could have them thrown out if he wants. He’s not bluffing. He picks on a random couple and has them thrown out. Mickie James is here and says it’s her brother and his girlfriend. “Regal sucks!” ” Joe Lewis arena. Regal threatens to throw Mickie out too. She pleads her case and he threatens to strip her… of her championship.

John Cena is in the house! He sends Mickie to the back and gets a mic. He’s back and is usually ready to raise some hell but he wants to talk to Regal man-to-man. He understands. He knows what it’s like to give your soul to these people and have them tell you “you suck”. Regal points out Vince endorsed him but Cena points out Vince is insane and has “a bunch of sexual fantasies you can’t even find on the internet.” Cena reads out complaints from fans. “This is WCW Thunder bad.” “I’m going to start a chant in every arena in the country saying “Fire Regal clap clap clap, fire Regal clap clap clap.”" Glorious.

Regal says he won’t turn out the lights tonight. He knows Cena wants revenge on Randy Orton, so the main event is Orton vs. Cena. Regal says if anyone gets involved in the match (like JBL) they will be suspended. Regal hopes he’s earned some respect.

Cena stops him leaving and says he’s not done. Cena points out we’re in the USA tonight. Cena says even God cannot save Regal if he keeps messing up. We’re in the Motor City and you got realize where we’re at. Cena has Lillian sing “Respect” by Aretha Franklyn.

My Review: Nice opening segment although I hate the anybody interferes will be suspended statement cause that just spells Ref switch right there, hello think and don’t be so predictable that’s why your show has sucked for many years! oh and it was “nice” for the Hollywood movie making hypocrite Cena to finally show up for work. kind of late though as your snack fetching match is just 6 days away moron!

Rody The Piper is here! He takes a seat at ringside.

World Tag Team Championship: Rhodes and Holly vs. Carlito and Santino

Holly and Marella start up. Knock down by Holly, followed up by the best dropkick in the business and a kick to the gut. He tries for an Alabama Slam but Carlito sneaks in and hit a swinging neckbreaker for 2. Carlito connects with loose right hands before tagging out. Shoulder thrusts by Santino. Holly comes back with a clothesline but Carlito tags in and gets taken out with a side suplex. Rhodes and Marella in and Cody hits a springboard reverse crossbody. Cody hits a snap powerslam for a near fall. A takedown gets 2 but Santino comes back. He goes up top but is distracted by Piper. Rhodes surprised Santino with a DDT and it’s over.

Winners: Cody Rhodes and Hardcore Holly

My Review: Nice match but just sucks the tag division is almost if not already dead, what with the lance and Murdoch split. might as well just retire the tag belts, bout as valuable as the smackdown belts now.

Mr. Kennedy is here. He says he has a big mouth but no one can shut it for him because he’s Mr. Kennedy. Kennedy.

Mr. Kennedy vs. Snitsky

Wow, this could be bad. Kennedy tries a kick to the thigh but when that doesn’t work, they lock up, go to the corner and break. Kennedy comes off the top but gets caught and beat down in the corner. Scoop slam by Snitsky connects, as does an elbow drop for 1. Snitsky locks in a bear hug, which Kennedy fights out off, only to run into another one. He breaks it again and runs into a shoulder tackle. Snitsky misses a leg drop and Kennedy dodges a clothesline to take out the knee. Dropkick to the knee by Kennedy, followed up by the facewash in the corner. Chop block now by Kennedy gets a long 2 count. Snitsky pulls Kennedy into a clothesline. He tries for the pumphandle slam, Kennedy slides out of it, kicks the knee and hits the Mic Check for 3!

Winner: Mr. Kennedy

My Review: Whew! Kennedy went over, should’ve happened last week but oh well happened this week and Kennedy is getting better and better each week we see him. JUST NEEDS TO BE CHAMPION ALREADY!

Backstage, Todd Grisham is with Santino. Santino’s going to hurt Piper. It’s going to hurt worse than a coconut to the head.

Mickie James thanks John Cena. She says she’s going out with her brother and his girlfriend after the show and asks Cena to tag along. He jokes around but eventually agrees. He says if you go out with him, it can get pretty wild. Mickie says she can do wild. She’s in action next.

Melina and Beth Phoenix vs. Mickie James and Maria

Maria and Melina lock up and Maria hits a gutbuster early. Mickie in and they work a double splits/leg sweep. Mickie gets a 2 that Beth breaks up. Mickie sends Melina into Phoenix but Melina gets a jack-knife roll-up for 2. Melina wants a tag, but Beth is upset and leaves. Mickie hits a neckbreaker on Melina for 3.

Winners: Maria and Mickie James

My Review: hmm I don’t know what to say about this match other than for once Mickie is beating the ugly divas. oh I’m sorry I forgot it’s cause Ashley is in a bit of trouble with the big boys known as the FBI. oh well Mickie being champ either way is cool with me, just needs to have better matches and if they are trying to turn Melina face you can not in no way shape or form turn an ugly diva face! unless she’s a bodybuilder and is dating the WWE Champ (chyna and HHH 8 years ago) other than that it’s just not possible.

72% of fans think Shawn Michaels has been telling the truth about his knee injury.

Chris Jericho is here. He shows us footage of Michaels injuring his knee at Backlash against Batista. Jericho says he didn’t buy it because he saw the look in Shawn’s eyes at Backlash and has been telling everyone who will listen that Shawn’s a fake. But last week, something happened that changed his mind. We see footage of last week’s tag match. This time, he saw the pain on Shawn’s face when he kicked John Morrison. He was wrong. He wants to tell Shawn he’s sorry. Jericho would understand if Shawn wanted to call off their match at Judgment Day and says he should because Jericho doesn’t want to face Shawn with a bad wheel. Shawn Michaels is out now, limping. Jericho won’t let Michaels get a word in, so Shawn says he’s not the one who needs to apologize. Shawn says for the first time in his career, he feigned an injury. He’s not hurt. Jericho’s not buying it. He thinks he’s playing mind games. Shawn told everybody he would do whatever it takes to win, and Jericho was right; he’s not hurt. Jericho says he’s starting to insult his intelligence. Jericho knows that he’s hurt and it doesn’t matter what Shawn says, or what he does… SWEET CHIN MUSIC! “Trust me when I tell you; I’m not hurt.”

My Review:Oh my god a complete swerve on a live raw! this hasn’t happened in 3 years! wow it’s a miracle! course bet it won’t happen again for a long, long time. cause well it is WWE after all. Y2J vs HBK is going to be good even if it will be given less time than a boring HHH match.

“Take It All” by Zididada is the official Judgment Day theme song.

Jeff Hardy gets the biggest pop of the night so far! He’s back. It feels good to be back. He never wanted to be a way, but he made a mistake and he paid for it. Now he’s back, he has a lot of things to do. Like… his mic cuts off and William Regal is here. He says no one wants to hear him and he will be punished for his sins by facing this man…

Jeff Hardy vs. Umaga

Dropkick through the ropes is followed up by a plancha over the top and down goes Umaga. Thrust to the ribs of Jeff, followed up by Umaga launching him into the barricade. Back in and a hard Irish whip sends Jeff down. Massive uppercut by Umaga now. Umaga goes to the second rope and connects with a headbutt. Umaga beats Jeff down in the corner now and goes for the ASSALANCHE… but misses. WHISPER IN THE WIND~! It gets 3!

Winner: Jeff Hardy

My Review: Wow another surprise on RAW! I am shocked! I had it figured Jeff would job as more punishment for his mistake I mean Sabu did so it was right to think Jeff would get the same treatment. but he didn’t and it’s great to see him back!

Cryme Tyme vs. Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch

JTG and Cade start off. JTG slides out to hang with the fans. Back in and Cade knocks JTG down. Murdoch in and it’s clubberin’ time. Murdoch runs into a boot and in comes Shad. He runs Murdoch over with a shoulder tackle, slams him and hits an elbow. Cade in and knocked out again by Shad. JTG comes over the top with a sunset flip for 2 but runs into a boot. Cade in now and boots JTG in the face. Murdoch back in but runs into a back elbow. Murdoch counters another sunset flip and gets 3!

Winners: Cade and Murdoch

They hug in the ring and Cade has a mic. That’s what he’s talking about. Maybe Murdoch’s singing has something to do with it. Murdoch sings their victory song. Cade nails Murdoch with a right hand! Murdoch is out. Cade leaves.

My Review: I saw this coming but I acted surprised just so Raw could be more historical with 3 surprises in one night. but really it was clearly seen and well not much to mention. as far as the match goes it was ok for what it was worth.

- We are shown the SmackDown Re-Bound

- Backstage Melina is talking to Jillian, Beth Phoenix approaches, Melina asks why Beth left her? Beth says she left because last week Melina cost her the Women’s Title. Melina says it was an accident, but Beth thinks it was because Melina knows she has a better chance beating James than she does Phoenix. Melina attacks Beth but Beth overpowers her by slamming her into lockers and beating on her on the floor. Officials pull Beth off.

- J.R. and King run down the Judgment Day card.

- Backstage Todd Grisham interviews Randy Orton, Orton talked about himself and says they same stuff he says every week.

Randy Orton vs. John Cena

Orton has new entrance music. A chant war begins, men are chanting “Let’s go Orton!”, women and kids are chanting “Let’s go Cena!”. Cena begins to get the advantage when William Regal decides that the current referee is not fit to officiate this match, he is replaced by JBL! Cena attacks JBL, Cena turns around into an RKO and a fast count from JBL to lose the match. JBL and Orton attack Cena until WWE Champion Triple H makes the save! JBL and Cena brawl into the crowd whilst the steel cage lowers and surrounds Triple H and Orton in the ring. They fight in the cage until Triple H slams Orton into one of the sides, Orton slips through between the cage and the ring to escape Trips. The WWE Champion climbs to the top of the cage and stares down Orton to end the show.

My Review: Nice match however I clearly saw the JBL angle coming, I mean its WWE bound to screw up the main event in some way. and yeah I was cheering for Orton, I’m not a Ceanholic as he’s not much to cheer for. Orton is clearly the best heel in WWE right now as he doesn’t have a windowed GM helping him gain the title or whatever is going on in bore land. Randy should be champ again soon and I hope it happens Cena on the other hand, eh no way! please let Orton have a longer run.

Final Thoughts: Good Raw (for once) had some nice swerves (again for once) but yet had the predictable issues. need to work on that (a lot) but other than that better than last week and plus a fan could go to the bathroom without risking injury from the Regal blackouts! just 6 days away from Judgement Day and well I think its clear that TNA has WWE beat in the PPV scene this month as WWE hardly did any build up. maybe if they went old school and spaced out their PPVS like they use to years ago maybe then they’d be worth the entire 34 to 40 bucks! but yet as I’ve said once about WWE I’m not holding my breath on that one. I’m Chris saying have a good few days and I’ll be back with a review of Impact!
